Happy Baby, Happy Family
We work with and empower your family to have the knowledge, skills and confidence to respond to your little one's sleep cues and needs, not just for today but every day.
A good night's sleep (or a good nap) is dependent on many factors.
At Little World Sleep Consulting, we see the full picture. We know that sleep can be affected by the baby's temperament, busy family schedules, traditions, caregiving techniques, noise level and even room temperature! And there are so many more factors that can affect how well one sleeps.
This is why when we work with families, we prioritize getting to know not just your child's sleep habits, but also you and your family's values, traditions and anything else that might shape how your child sleeps.

Our Process
Step 1:
Book a Discovery Call
Your journey to better sleep starts here. During this complimentary call, we’ll learn more about your child’s sleep challenges, provide a brief assessment, and answer any questions you may have about our approach and support. Together, we’ll determine our service plan that best fits your family’s needs and make sure you feel confident about your next steps.
Step 2:
Complete Intake Form
Once we’ve identified the best service plan for your family, you’ll receive a secure link to complete your payment, followed by a brief intake form for you to complete. This form helps us learn about your child’s age, current sleep routines and habits, family preferences, and the specific challenges you’re experiencing. The details you share allow us to create a fully personalized sleep plan that aligns with your values, routines, and your little one’s unique needs.
Step 3:
Consultation
Based on the service plan you choose, we’ll schedule a 60-, 80- or 90-minute virtual consultation to review the insights from your intake form and ask any follow-up questions to ensure we fully understand your family’s needs. During this session, we’ll also walk through the process ahead, confirm when you’ll receive your customized sleep plan, and discuss how you’d like to implement it. Our goal is for you to leave this consultation feeling informed, supported, and confident about the next steps toward improved sleep for your little one.
Step 4:
Detailed Sleep Plan
This is one of the most exciting steps in our journey together. Here, you’ll receive a fully customized and comprehensive sleep plan designed specifically for your little one. Your plan will include guidance on age-appropriate schedules, bedtime and naptime routines, and tailored strategies to support your child through bedtime, night wakings, and/or naps — based on the unique challenges you’ve shared with us. We also ensure your sleep plan reflects your family’s values, traditions, and caregiving practices, while prioritizing safe sleep throughout the process. Our goal is to provide you with clear, compassionate guidance that empowers you to begin sleep training with confidence.
Step 5:
Coaching & Support
This final stage is essential to achieving lasting success. As you begin implementing your sleep plan, you won’t be doing it alone; we’ll be right beside you to provide encouragement, answer questions, and help you navigate any challenges that arise. Depending on the service plan you choose, follow-up support may include text, email, and/or video coaching, ensuring you can reach us whenever you need guidance. Even after your primary support period ends, every family receives a complimentary check-in to celebrate progress and make sure sleep continues to stay on track. Our goal is to empower you with confidence and consistency, knowing you have a trusted partner throughout your child’s sleep journey.
